Greg Bryant
Non-Executive Chairman (Founding)
Greg spent 32 years as Managing Partner of Davidsons Accountants and Business Advisers in Geelong. He is a consultant to the Business Victoria Investment Readiness Program and now has interests in property and commercial investments.
As Chairman of the Aglive board, Greg draws on his extensive commercialisation and technology-focused business experience together with his high-level stakeholder management ability to help set and drive the strategic direction of the company.
Nicholas Rowe
Strategic Advisor
Over 30 years of investment banking experience and he also holds a law degree and is a chartered accountant. It is helpful that he is also an experienced farmer with current investments in sheep and cattle operations.
He has been the Founding Partner and a Manager Director of the Sydney branch of an international investment advisory firm, where he advised clients on corporate structuring, capital raising, takeovers, and business acquisitions. Previous experience includes: Co-Head of Investment Banking at ABN AMRO; Royal Bank of Scotland; and Country Head at CIMB Australia and he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, SBC Dominguez Barry and Samuel Montagu.
Paul Ryan
Managing Director

Long history and wealth of knowledge in the agriculture sector. After moving on from managing his large and successful family cattle, sheep and cropping business, Paul took a leadership role at Dalgety Farmers Limited, one of Australia’s major pastoral and agriculture companies. During his time at Dalgety, Paul was instrumental in the introduction, testing and design of systems for computer key punch batch processing of livestock auction sales and clearing sales.
After obtaining extensive business acumen including becoming the owner and operator of franchised companies, Paul led successful teams and was responsible to turn failing businesses into profit generating with turnover into the millions of dollars.
