Destroying the Counterfeiter’s Business Model
Our use of blockchain technology destroys a counterfeiter’s traditional business model. Their usual ploy is to get a genuine item and then make a vast number of copies. They can still do that, of course, but each copied item will have the same ID.
If a shopper uses our free app to scan the ID code before they buy an item, we will be able to verify whether that identity is genuine (1st layer of protection), check the logistics movements (2nd layer) and warn the shopper if that ID has ever been used before (3rd layer).
