Business Development Manager - USA & UK
Job Responsibilities
- Investigate, research and analyse new market opportunities for IT Distribution and Industry Associations Integration in USA or UK
- Conceptualise, develop and execute on strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive and optimize key KPIs and growth metrics for the company.
- Lead the implementation of business strategy including acquiring new business through existing clients and new clients.
- Develop and present proposals that meet the needs of potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
- Lead, execute and drive regional sales strategies across all Aglive IT solution offerings and meet or exceed sales targets and revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Organisations to generate a strong pipeline of leads
- Network with related businesses and foster B2B relationships
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news
- Contribute to creative discussions and provide inputs into regional marketing, and promotional programs as well as attending industry events and activities
- Contribute to the decision-making about the business’ future
Job Requirements
- To be based in USA or UK
- Degree in IT or relevant fields
- At least 5 years of business development and/or relationship management experience in IT or communications industry
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport
- Strong business acumen capable of converting network into business

Software Engineer
Aglive is looking for experienced Software Developers to join our motivated Development Team.
About the Role:
- Utilise your software programming skills to complete the development tasks assigned by the Development Manager.
- Be the owner of the assigned tasks and complete them in reasonable time frames.
- Use your knowledge to design, develop and test new features for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and enhance the current web and mobile applications.
- Be the leader and mentor of your fellow junior engineers by performing code reviews, code refactoring and sharing knowledge with the rest of the team on how to improve coding standards.
- Adhere to the industry standards and company standards when writing source code.
- Assist in writing technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate, brainstorm and workshop new technologies, industry trends and how to improve current development processes.
About You:
Skills & Experiences:
- A degree in IT (e.g. Computer Science or Engineering)
- Front-end development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React/React Native. Knowledge/experience in AngularJS is a plus.
- Understanding of Restful APIs, Serverless and microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of how to use source control (preferably Git).
- Understanding of CI/CD.
- Strong analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
